Rates
$225 for Full Initial Evaluation
$180 per 1 hour individual psychotherapy session (50-53 minutes)
$200 per individual psychotherapy session (80 minutes)
$300 per couple/family session (90-120 minutes)
Insurance
I am in network with Aetna in Colorado.
I will provide you with a superbill for services provided, this is what insurance companies require for reimbursement.
Keep in mind that insurance companies require a diagnosis be provided for payment.
This information becomes a permanent part of your health record.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. You can seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Payment Options:
Credit Card, ApplePay, Cash, Venmo and Zelle are accepted forms of payment.
Payment is due at the time of your session.
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens! If you need to reschedule your session, twenty-four (24) hour notice is required. If notice is not received verbally or in writing you will be charged the full session fee.
