Rates
$180 for Full Initial Evaluation
$150 per 1 hour individual psychotherapy session (50 minutes)
$200 per 1.5 hour couple/family session
Insurance
I am not in network with any insurance carriers. Upon your request, I will provide you with a receipt for services provided. It is your responsibility to file for reimbursement from your insurance carrier if you choose. Keep in mind that insurance companies require a diagnosis be provided for payment. This information becomes a permanent part of your health record.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. You can seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
I reserve the right to provide a reduced fee for services under extreme circumstances.
Payment
Credit Card, ApplePay, Cash, Venmo and Zelle accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
